CB Commercial places executive suite firm.


CB Commercial Real Estate Group has negotiated the lease for Alliance Business Centers, a subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Arbor Enterprises, a national company specializing in executive office suites.

Alliance Business Centers will offer 80 fully furnished executive suites in The Helmsley Building The Helmsley Building is a 35-story building straddling Park Avenue. Before the erection of the Pan Am Building, now the MetLife Building, this building was the city's dowager queen, lording it over the city's second most prestigious avenue and marking the elegant heart of the city , at 230 Park Avenue. The company will occupy 24,400 square feet on the 10th floor and offer a video teleconferencing See videoconferencing.  center, marketing support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , telecommunications and a management and support staff. This is the fourth Alliance Business Center to open in the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 market.

The lease was negotiated by S. Harold Appel, senior vice president, and Roy L. Appel of the CB Commercial New York office. It has a term of 10 years and aggregate value of $7.5 million.

Arbor Enterprises operates esecutive business centers across the country. These centers operate under the "AllianceBusiness Centers name.
