CBI Confederation of British Industry
CBI n abbr (= Confederation of British Industry) → C.E.O.E. ) has been awarded a
contract in excess of US$40 million by Petroterminal De Panama Panama, country, Central America Panama (păn`əmä'), Span. Panamá, officially Republic of Panama, republic (2005 est. pop. , S.A. to
engineer, fabricate and construct numerous petroleum storage tanks
associated with the Trans-Panama Pipeline Expansion Project. The tanks
will be built at two sites: Chiriqui Grande on the Atlantic coast and
Puerto Armuelles on the Pacific coast. CB&I also built the original
tanks in the late 1970s.
