Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (NYSE:CBI) will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2002 financial and operating results before the market opens on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003. The Company will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Central time (11 a.m. EST) that morning to discuss results, review current and future business factors, and answer questions from participants.
