 CATHERINE GREALY COHEN JOINS KODAK
 AS DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AFFAIRS
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 18 -- Catherine Grealy Cohen has joined Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) as director of Health Affairs, Federal Government Relations.
 Cohen, who is based in Washington, D.C., will focus on legislative and public affairs issues that affect the company's clinical diagnostics and health sciences businesses. She also will represent Kodak on a number of health-related trade and professional associations.
 Before joining Kodak, Cohen served for nine years as director of the Washington office of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. She has a masters degree in health services administration from George Washington University, and a bachelor's degree in political science/Asian studies from Regis College.
