Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King (usually shortened to Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Liverpool, England. It replaced the Pro-Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Copperas Hill.  will be holding a number of services throughout Easter weekend.

They are: Today: 10am, office of readings and morning prayer; 11.30am, Stations of the Cross Stations of the Cross

Easter Day: 830am, mass in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel; 10am, family mass; 11am, solemn mass of Easter; 3pm, solemn baptismal evening prayer; 7pm, mass.

Easter Monday: 12.15pm, mass.

Services at the Anglican Cathedral are: Today: 8am, morning prayer and litany; 10.30am, the Way of the Cross procession; 2pm, the last hour; 7.30pm, a sequence of words and music telling the Easter story.

Holy Saturday: 8am, morning prayer; 3pm, said evening prayer; 7.30pm, Easter vigil service Easter Day: 8am, morning prayer and holy communion; 10.30am festival Eucharist; 3pm, festival evensong.

Easter Monday: 8am, morning prayer and holy communion; 11.15am Bank Holiday special; 3pm, evening prayer.
