Evan Harris (Harvard-Westlake), also a starter for Harvard, posted nine points and a team-high eight rebounds in the win. Housman's timely bucket was just his second of the game as he finished with eight points and six rebounds. Housman is currently leading the team is scoring averaging over 14 points per game while Harris is third in scoring and second in rebounds. The game was just the third meeting all-time between the two teams and the first victory for the Wolverines over the Crimson. "This was a very meaningful win for our program," Harvard coach Tommy Amaker told the Crimson Web Site. Westlake alum to play in women's soccer semis Joining the UCLA and USC women's soccer teams at this weekend's College Cup in College Station, Texas, will be Notre Dame's Ashley Jones, a Westlake High graduate. Jones, a senior midfielder/defender who has played in all 104 matches during her career, has been a valuable contributor for the No. 4 Fighting Irish in their four playoff wins. Jones played 64 minutes when Notre Dame upset No. 1 seed North Carolina 3-2 in the third round. At Westlake, Jones was a three-sport athlete in soccer, cross country and softball and given all-state honors in soccer twice. The Fighting Irish (19-4-2) face Florida State (17-5-3) in the semifinals Friday prior to the UCLA-USC game. Lilley not suffering a sophomore jinx Former Hart standout Taylor Lilley has been leading the way this season for the Oregon women's basketball squad. Lilley, the Pac-10's best three-point shooter as a freshman, is averaging 11.3 points a game for the Ducks (4-3). She was joined in Oregon this season by fellow Hart alum Tatianna Thomas, a freshman who has played in two games.
