And Reform Party candidate Michael Farris, a scientist from Thousand Oaks, spent all but $528 of the $13,638 he had raised.

Incumbent Ventura County Supervisor Frank Schillo spent only $6,830 of the $9,174 he had accumulated. A debt of $31,287 from his previous supervisorial campaign remains, and the Thousand Oaks resident said it will likely never be reimbursed.
