About Jon Van Duyne

Van Duyne, a 25-year veteran of the CP, IT, telecommunications and financial services industries, comes to CAS Americas from Sage Group, PLC of Scottsdale, Arizona. At Sage he was a senior vice president and general manager for CRM Solutions in the US working with clients such as SalesLogix and Telemagic. In this position, Van Duyne completely re-engineered the Scottsdale operation delivering record levels of profitability while growing sales of licenses 50% year-over-year.

Prior to Sage, Van Duyne held a variety of executive-level positions in sales and marketing at leading companies including Hewlett-Packard, Eastman Kodak, PA Consulting Group, and Bausch and Lomb. He has worked in more than 30 countries worldwide and specializes in developing new markets and channels. Jon's expertise is in CRM projects and programs with a special focus on Sales Force Automation (SFA). During his tenure at Hewlett-Packard he introduced and led an SFA implementation across Europe, which successfully reshaped the processes, systems and skill sets of the Consumer Division sales force.

A resident of the Atlanta area, Van Duyne is a sought-after speaker on CRM who has been published and quoted in numerous industry journals. He earned an MBA from the University of Rochester and BAs in journalism and history from Syracuse University.
