Brian Michael Carroll (born July 20, 1981 in Springfield, Virginia) is an American soccer player, who currently plays defensive midfielder for D.C.
has criticised the Offaly county board for entering into a home and away arrangement with Wexford.

The counties agreed to a coin toss for advantage for last month's Leinster SHC SHC Sears Holdings Corporation (Hoffman Estates, ILt)
SHC Self-Help Clearinghouse (Valley Cottage, NY)
SHC Spring Hill College (Mobile, AL, USA)
SHC Solar Heating and Cooling
quarter-final with Wexford Park Wexford Park is a Gaelic Athletic Association stadium in Wexford, Ireland. It is the home of Wexford GAA's football and hurling teams. After a recent development the ground has a capacity of about 25,000.  earning the right to host the game, though the next provincial meeting will be played in Tullamore.

But that's scant consolation for Faithful forward Carroll who feels an opportunity was missed as Wexford scored a deserved 2-17 to 0-16 win.

He said: "While we are not making excuses - they were better than us on the day - it was a big ask for us and the county board will have to look at themselves why they gave away home advantage.

"I think Championship hurling is hard enough without having to go to someone's back garden."

Offaly drew the short straw in the qualifiers when they were paired with Cork but they enjoy home advantage this time.

And Carroll said: "It is a big ask for Cork as well. It is a huge journey. It is something that you are not used to on Championship day."

Team manager Joe Dooley has injury worries ahead of that July 4 clash with David Franks a major doubt having suffered a collapsed lung.

Rory Hanniffy is doubtful due to a recurrence of a knee injury while James Rigney, Daniel Currams and Cathal Parlon are nursing knocks too.
