 CARLTON COMMUNICATIONS CHAIRMAN APPOINTED TO REUTERS BOARD
 LONDON, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of Reuters Holdings PLC (NASDAQ: RTRSY) today appointed Michael Philip Green as non-executive director.
 Green, 44, is chairman of Carlton Communications plc and Carlton Television Limited, the successful applicant for the London Weekday Television license. He replaces Andrew Knight, 52, executive chairman of News International plc, who asked to be released from the board after four years in office due to the pressure of other commitments.
