CHELSEA manager Carlo Ancelotti Carlo Ancelotti (born June 10, 1959 in Reggiolo) is a former footballer and current coach of Serie A club A.C. Milan. He is currently the longest-tenured manager in Serie A, having been with Milan since November 2001. says he will hold his nerve and not dip into Roman Abramovich's millions before the transfer window closes tomorrow.
