CARIBOU COFFEE TO MERGE WITH COFFEE EXCHANGE.


DETROIT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1995--Minneapolis-based Caribou Coffee Caribou Coffee is a specialty coffee retailer, the second largest in the U.S.[2] Caribou concentrates on selling gourmet coffees, teas, and bakery goods in over 464 coffeehouses in 18 states.  announced today that it will merge with The Coffee Exchange, a Detroit-based coffee company with four retail locations in the greater Detroit metro area This article is about the music production team. . The transition from Coffee Exchange to Caribou Coffee will take several months. Customers can expect to begin tasting Caribou's peak roasted coffee by the end of September. Store improvements and signage changes will be complete by late November. The current owners of Coffee Exchange will remain involved with the new Caribou Coffee operations. Nemir Nadhir and Ed Miri will serve as consultants to Caribou and Georgia Nadhir will be Caribou's market manager for Michigan.

Caribou Coffee, founded in December, 1992 by John and Kim Puckett, currently has 37 neighborhood coffeehouses in Minnesota, Georgia, North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States.
