 CARENETWORK ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS
 MILWAUKEE, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- CareNetwork, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRNT),


a managed health care company headquartered in Milwaukee, has announced several appointments within the corporation.
 John Moats has been appointed senior vice president-planning & corporate development for CareNetwork. Moats formerly was a consultant for US West, focusing upon new business development. Moats will oversee the planning and execution of business plans for each CareNetwork subsidiary, develop criteria and methodology for the acquisition of specialty businesses which support CNI's business objectives, establish a total quality management program and oversee the human resources area.
 Pat Roberts is now vice president-finance for CareNetwork. Formerly he was comptroller of the Wisconsin Health Organization (WHO). Roberts is now responsible for all financial reporting, internal controls, investment strategies and budgeting, and will oversee the financial management of all CareNetwork subsidiaries.
 Brian Croegaert is now vice president-operations for CNI Medical Management Corporation. He has been director of medical services for WHO. Croegaert will be responsible for finalizing all inter-company contracts and establishing operational accountabilities for CNI Medical Management Corporation.
 And, Michael Modiz has been named vice president-operations of Geneva Benefits Administration Corporation. Modiz had formerly been director of operations for WHO. Modiz will structure the MIS function for Geneva Benefits Administration Corporation, complete the full integration of the new Geneva Computer System within WHO and Network EPO and complete plans for a larger data center to support CareNetwork's anticipated growth needs.
 CareNetwork, Inc. is the parent corporation of: the Wisconsin Health Organization, Wisconsin's third largest HMO; Network EPO, a preferred provider organization; Geneva Benefits Administration Corporation, which provides benefit administration services; and CNI Medical Management Corporation, which will support CareNetwork's utilization review and quality assurance programs.
