CAREER HORIZONS ACQUIRES TSG PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH $50 MILLION IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REVENUES; TSG ACQUISITION WILL BOLSTER ACCUSTAFF'S I.T. BOTTOM LINE.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1996--Career Horizons (NYSE:CHZ), which will be merged into AccuStaff Incorporated (Nasdaq/NM:ASTF) by year-end, recently announced the acquisition of TSG Professional Services, Inc., a provider of specialty supplemental information technology staffing services. TSG's revenues are estimated to be in excess of $50 million for 1996, based on unaudited results. The acquisition, which is expected to be accretive to both Career Horizons' and AccuStaff's earnings, will place the I.T. services business of the combined company at over $450 million in revenues, and closer to its near-term goal of run-rate revenues of $500 million by the end of 1996.
