 Professional Services, Inc., a provider of specialty supplemental information technology staffing services. TSG's revenues are estimated to be in excess of $50 million for 1996, based on unaudited results. The acquisition, which is expected to be accretive to both Career Horizons' and AccuStaff's earnings, will place the I.T. services business of the combined company at over $450 million in revenues, and closer to its near-term goal of run-rate revenues of $500 million by the end of 1996.

AccuStaff is a leading national provider of strategic staffing, consulting and outsourcing services to businesses, professional and service organizations and governmental agencies. After giving effect to recent acquisitions (excluding Career Horizons), AccuStaff will operate 192 branch offices and outsourcing locations in 28 states and the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C. (the capital of the United States). . AccuStaff is organized into three divisions: the Commercial division, the Professional Services division, and the Telecommunications division.
