POSTING A JOB

Employers can now manage job listings via a password-protected account that allows you to add, delete, and edit listings. This enhanced feature also enables you to track the number of hits that each job listing has received. In addition, you'll get an e-mail alert five days before the job expires offering continual job posting at no additional charge. Employers can receive job applications online that are formatted for easy comparison and include a special skills-matching feature. Any organization with an active listing can also search the resume database at no charge, identify potential candidates, and send a private e-mail to the job seeker. Employers only have to register once to access all of these benefits.
