Thus, for international purposes, there are separate states, not just one state. . Using Livelink, CARE International is able to manage, review and approve proposals for new projects, development and humanitarian efforts online; securely share financial information, lengthy presentations and best practices around the world; as well as streamline processes. Budget information for past projects and initiatives documented in Livelink can be re-purposed to estimate costs of future projects. Since 2001, CARE's Livelink use has increased 600%.
