CARCO Group Announces New VP of Business Development.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2003

The CARCO Group announced today the appointment of Kevin Lutz to its newly created position of Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Lutz served as Vice President of Aon's Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  Outsourcing, where he was most recently responsible for the Sales & Marketing of Employment Process Outsourcing and Performance Improvement Services.

Previously, Mr. Lutz held senior positions at two ASI ASI,

 Solutions companies, both of which were acquired by Aon. As Vice President of Business Development for Assessment Solutions and Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Proudfoot Reports (a CARCO competitor) he grew the revenues and client lists of both businesses, positioning them as preferred providers to the Fortune 1000.

Mr. Lutz's earlier career includes operations experience at Goldman Sachs The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., or simply Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) is one of the world's largest global investment banks. Goldman Sachs was founded in 1869, and is headquartered in the Lower Manhattan area of New York City at 85 Broad Street.  & Company and sales experience at NYNEX NYNEX New York-New England & X for the Unknown (Telephone Company)
