CAPRI CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS

CHICAGO, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Capri Corp. announced today the operating results for the first quarter of its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 1993. Revenues for the first quarter were $925,202 compared to $484,384 for the previous quarter and $277,699 for the same period in the previous year. Profits for the quarter were $222,564 compared to a loss of $348,790 in the previous quarter and a loss of $370,371 for the same period in the previous year.
Positive results for the period are attributed to Cimnet Systems Inc., the company's subsidiary, having written a major contract with a large Printed Circuit Board manufacturer in the Netherlands and smaller contracts with several domestic Printed Circuit Board companies to license the use of the company's PARADIGM(R) manufacturing software system. While he was pleased with these results, Capri Corp. Chairman and President, Mehul J. Dave, cautioned against optimism saying that the Printed Circuit industry has still not yet felt the full effect of the economic recovery.
