The South American operator, with almost 5 million subscribers, had recognised the imperative to automate all manual processes for revenue assurance, preventing revenue leakage and optimising revenues and margins. Following a competitive tender, CAPE's RevenueOffice[TM] solution was chosen because of its proven business benefits and technical capabilities to meet the operator's needs across all of its revenue risk areas.

The operator in South-East Asia provides cellular services for voice & data telecommunications, with several additional services such as Voice over Internet Protocol See Internet and TCP/IP.
