Mary Laplante, who joined CAPV earlier this year to manage the company's coverage of new media technologies, moves over to a Director's role in the new service. "The commercial publishing segment that we've been tracking in the New Media service is an important vertical market for document technology suppliers," commented Laplante. "Under the umbrella of the Document Software Strategies Service, we are in a unique position to give our clients insight into developments in commercial as well as corporate applications for document technologies."
