 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS FOR FISCAL 1992
 PUEBLO, Colo., March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Candy's Tortilla Factory Inc. (NASDAQ: CNDY) announced its new Board of Directors and Executive Officers which were elected at the company's annual meeting in Pueblo, Colo. on Tuesday March 17, 1992.
 The Executive Officers and Directors for fiscal 1992 are: Anthony J. Estrada, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board; Candelario J. Estrada, Vice President; Caroline A. Fresquez, Secretary and Treasurer; Tom L. Carpenter, Chief Financial Officer. Outside Directors include: Richard A. Billows - President, The Hampton Group and James L. Watts - Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance, Cruttenden & Co.
 Based in Pueblo, Colo., Candy's Tortilla Factory Inc. manufactures, markets and distributes a premium quality line of flour and corn tortillas, taco shells and tortilla chips, packaged and marketed under its own labels and various private labels to the retail, institutional and food service markets. Retail customers include Safeway, Kroger and Albertson's. Food service customers include Kraft, Lady Baltimore and Sysco. Candy's institutional customers include Taco Bell and McDonald's.
