League One clubs Charlton Athletic and Huddersfield Town are also interested in signing the forward.

But Norwich are confident they can lure Feeney to Carrow Road by offering a two-year deal.

The Canaries dropped into the third tier of English football last season after finishing 22nd in the Coca Cola Championship.

Feeney said: "I'm at my peak now and the next move for me will be my last big move. The deal won't be about the money, it will be about the security.

"I'm not sure of the gaffer's plans for me, but my agent tells me of interest in Scotland and England."
