The Board of Directors has determined that the name change is required to reflect the Company's decision to concentrate its activities in Tanzania. Several affiliates of the Company have recently continued from the jurisdiction of the BCCA to the jurisdiction of the CBCA. For ease of administration of the corporate group, many of which will be under the jurisdiction of a single corporate statute, the Board of Directors propose that the Company also be continued under the CBCA.
