CANADA SOUTHERN CLAIM AMENDED

 CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Canada Southern Petroleum Ltd. (PSE, TSE: CSW) said the Court of Queens Bench, Calgary, yesterday granted a consent order that allows the company to amend its lawsuit against Amoco Canada and the other working-interest partners in the Kotaneelee gas field.
 A Canada Southern spokesman said the amendment brings other parties into the suit and elaborates on the company's claims concerning the reduction of the carried-interest account.
