We don't even want the perception of inside trading at City Hall,'' he said. The Ethics Commission recently reported that just those city commissioners who are lobbyists have raised tens of thousands of dollars for city officials in recent years. ``I don't think it was their intention nor should it be for those commissioners to be required to raise that kind of money,'' Holden said.
