CAMARILLO MAN, 4 OTHERS ARRESTED IN COCAINE CASE.

A man who had been under investigation for three months was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of selling cocaine to an undercover officer, the Ventura County Sheriff's Department The Ventura County Sheriff's Department (VCSD) provides law enforcement for the unincorporated areas of Ventura County, California, USA, as well as several cities within the county. The cities that VCSD serves are Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, and Thousand Oaks.  reported.

Carlos Phillip Lopez, 33, of Camarillo was arrested at his home on suspicion of selling cocaine and possessing cocaine for sale, and he was being held in the county jail in Ventura in lieu of Instead of; in place of; in substitution of. Rothschiller said the men arrested at the home appeared to be middle-class people who drove into the area to contact Lopez.
