During the meeting, the group discussed and agreed to investigate Dr. Funk's proposal to introduce a new program that would certify Canadian agri-marketers. Dr. Funk recently retired from the University of Guelph Guelph (gwĕlf), city (1991 pop. 87,976), S Ont., Canada, on the Speed River. It is an industrial and agricultural center located in one of Canada's most densely populated regions.
