SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA--BASED CALIFORnia Public Employees' Retirement System Home Loan Program (CalPERS) has announced that mortgage lenders participating in CalPERS now have access to CalPERS Member Home Loan Program guidelines and updates via the Internet and on CD-ROM through an exclusive agreement with Eagan, Minnesota--based AllRegs. In addition to posting CalPERS updates, AllRegs will also provide e-mail notification of changes, as it does with other underwriting, regulatory and legal content available on AllRegs, according to the company.
