CALLIXA Selects Matt Elson as Vice President of Channel Sales; Enterprise Computer Systems Veteran To Grow Distribution Channel.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2000

CALLIXA, formerly Integrated Data Systems Corporation (IDS), a leading provider of Internet technology that enables efficient, unified access to multiple, large and disparate databases, has selected Matt Elson as Vice President of Channel Sales, it was announced today. Prior to joining CALLIXA, Mr. Elson served as Vice President of Channels for Oasis Technology, an enterprise application integration firm. During his tenure at Oasis Technology, Mr. Elson successfully negotiated distribution agreements with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , Compaq, NCR (NCR Corporation, Dayton, OH, www.ncr.com) A technology company specializing in financial terminal transactions, retail systems and data warehousing. Until the late 1990s, NCR was heavily invested in the hardware side of the industry, known worldwide as a major manufacturer of computers , Cap Gemini and Stratus Computers. At CALLIXA, Mr. Elson's responsibilities will be to build strategic, corporate channel relationships with system integrators, independent software vendors and platform developers.
