CALKINS READY TO SWINGAWAY.Byline: GERRY GITTELSON Community Sports Valencia resident Gary Calkins has joined SwingAway, makers of the popular baseball training device used by all 30 major-league teams as well as colleges, high schools and youth leagues across the country. Calkins plans on distributing SwingAway devices in the Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California.
