CALIFLORIDA BOWL HEADS TO MIAMI.

The sixth annual CaliFlorida Bowl all-star football game is moving from Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region,  to the Orange Bowl in Miami on Jan. 2. The event, pitting the top high school players from California against their Florida counterparts, is scheduled to be televised on tape-delay by FSN (Full-Service Network) A communications network that provides shopping, movies on demand and access to databases and a variety of interactive services.  West.

``We wanted something new this year, and we're very excited to be in Florida. The people from Miami are great, and this might be the best CaliFlorida Bowl yet,'' said organizer Steve Clarkson of Air 7 Sports.

Oaks Christian of Westlake Village defensive back Aaron Ware and Oak Park receiver Gavin Ketchum, both of whom have to committed to UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles

Christopher Robert Richard (born June 7, 1974, in San Diego, California) is a Major League Baseball outfielder and first baseman. He is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University.
 Jr. and Burroughs of Burbank offensive lineman Eben Britton.

Running back Marlon Lucky of North Hollywood was invited but won't participate because of a schedule conflict.

Pete Duffy of West Valley of Hemet is California's coach, and his assistants will be Westlake's Jim Benkert, Birmingham of Lake Balboa's Ed Croson and Monroe of North Hills' Chris Richards.

Florida leads the series 3-2 and won 24-22 at Moorpark College Moorpark College is a California-state funded community college located on a 134 acre (542,000 m²) property reclining on a hill in Moorpark, a town in Ventura County, California.  last January.
