CALIBRE will provide professional staffing and services for planning and execution of the CIO Executive Boards as well as other boards and governance mechanisms; outreach across DoD, congress, and other government entities and the private sector; resource policy, planning, and management; and management and execution of the DoD Section 508 program. CALIBRE's support is intended to assist DoD in reaching the goal of transforming the DoD from a platform-centric information technology environment to one that is net-centric.
