CALENDAR: IT'S HART AND VALENCIA IN DIVISION III NITTY-GRITTY.

Two area football teams - Hart and Valencia - are still alive in the Southern Section Division III

As the fall season slowly comes to a close, the winter sports winter sports: see bobsledding; curling; hockey, ice; ice dancing; ice skating; skiing; snowshoes; tobogganing.  season - which includes basketball, soccer and wrestling - is upon us this week.

In addition, The Master's basketball programs continue play. The women's team travels to Cal Baptist today for a 7:30 p.m. game, then head to Cal Lutheran Friday for another 7:30 p.m. game.

As for the men, the Mustangs are at the Lee Fullmer Memorial Tournament in Redlands on Dec. 3-5.
