CALABASAS MURDERER FREED FROM PRISON AFTER 21 YEARS.

CALABASAS -- After spending 21 years in prison for the murder of a 17-year-old Calabasas High School Calabasas High School is a four-year high school, freshman-senior, in Calabasas, California, United States.

Attorney Donald Miller said Rosenkrantz, 39, and his family would not speak Saturday to the news media and he was unsure where Rosenkrantz will be staying.

``They want a little privacy and some time together,'' Miller said.

At the Rosenkrantz family's ranch-style house in Calabasas, a man who did not identify himself came to the door and told a reporter the family had no comment.

 Rosenkrantz was gay. Rosenkrantz remained a fugitive for nearly a month before turning himself in. Convicted of second-degree murder, he was sentenced to 17 years to life in prison, and first became eligible for parole in 1996.
