Keeler served on the Planning Commission, is a co-founder of Old Topanga Homeowners and served three terms as president of the Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation. Reicheneder, a 41-year-old attorney, has lived in the 23,000-resident city for eight years. Calabasas has a well-earned "green" reputation, enacting environmentally friendly policies such as banning smoking and Styrofoam cups.
