Abbruzzese will continue as CAI's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Alan Sonnenberg, who was appointed President of CAI on September 29, 1995, upon the acquisition of ACS (Asynchronous Communications Server) See network access server.  Enterprises, Inc. by CAI, will continue as CAI's President.
