The acquired properties include four magazines. Automotive Industries Automotive Industries, Ltd. (Hebrew: תעשיות רכב נצרת עלית, תע"ר  was established in 1895 and is published monthly with a controlled circulation of about 100,000. Editorial covers the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. Cahners said it sold the properties as part of its ongoing effort to focus growth in its strategic markets. Since the beginning of February, Cahners has sold 19 magazines, including 11 titles (Dairy Foods, Food Engineering, Supply House Times) to Business News Publishing (Troy, MI) and four automotive titles (Motor Age, Automotive Body) to Advanstar Communications (Cleveland, OH). Also, Randall acquired PVN (Private Virtual Network) See VPN. .com, a Web site for the trucking industry, earlier this month.
