Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Ellis D. "Don" Parker has been named chairman of the board of CAE (1) (Computer-Aided Engineering) Software that analyzes designs which have been created in the computer or that have been created elsewhere and entered into the computer.  USA. Parker has served on the board since 1992 as an outside director. Before his retirement from service in 1992, he was director of the Army Staff, at Department of the Army headquarters, in the Pentagon. Retired Air Force Gen. Michael E. Ryan General Michael E. Ryan was Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. He served as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for the organization, training and equipage of 700,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and  and retired Navy Adm.
