It is situated a short distance to the north of Stanley. , president of the Cadmus Publishing Group said, "This acquisition is the latest step in our efforts to grow the Cadmus consumer publishing division. Collector's World of Racing is a perfect fit with our other niche consumer titles and we anticipate that it will experience good growth as NASCAR racing continues to increase in popularity."

Diane McClure, publisher of Na-Tex, and Chad McClure, president of Na-Tex, will continue as consultants to Cadmus. "We are very excited to be joining forces with the publishers of Tuff Stuff," said the McClures. "Cadmus' resources and reputation as a publisher of authoritative guides for collectors will make it possible for Collector's World of Racing to reach its maximum potential."

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
