CADET PARENTS TOLD SORRY TWO YEARS AFTER TRAGEDY; Army chief apology for loch death.

THE parents of an Army cadet finally got an apology from the military yesterday - two years after her tragic death.

Kaylee McIntosh, 14, drowned when a boating exercise in a loch went wrong and she ended up trapped under a capsized vessel.

Her mum Lesley and dad Derek, both 41, accused the Army of murdering her after a Fatal Accident Inquiry
