CACI to issue "Blueprint - 1995" in November.

), the state's largest business/industry association, announced today that it will issue "Blueprint - 1995" in early November.

The "Blueprint," first issued by CACI in 1987, will offer an agenda for Colorado business and government covering a variety of subjects including: economic development; education and training; healthcare; governance and justice; environment and natural resource development; and tax policy.

"Blueprint - 1995" was developed under the stewardship stewardship
