CACI REPORTS NEW SUBCONTRACT WINS HAVE EXPECTED VALUE OF $20 MILLION

ARLINGTON, Va., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CACI International Inc. (NASDAQ: CACI) said today that two new subcontracts it has been awarded represent a potential revenue value of approximately $20 million in additional work over a five-year period.
CACI said that a five-year subcontract to support the Department of Defense Joint Center for Flexible Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (FCIM) has a total value of $9.7 million for the company. The prime contractor is Management Systems Applications, Inc. The company also said that a five-year subcontract calling for CACI to work with prime contractor SofTech, Inc. represents a total potential value to CACI as high as $10 million. The contract is to support the Department of Defense Information Systems Agency's Corporate Information Management program with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance services (CIM SETA).
"These new programs represent CACI's continuing growth as an information technology company," reported CACI Chairman and CEO Jack London. "Our depth of expertise in simulation systems and software, open systems, and business process reengineering is proving valuable to clients seeking new solutions to their computer-based information systems needs. Our strategic moves in this direction over the past two years are opening up more opportunities for growth as evidenced by the FCIM and CIM SETA awards. We believe that being in the forefront of critical information technology niches will help us win additional contracts in the federal government market and will also allow us to serve an increasing number of commercial clients."
