CACI ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF MERGER PLAN WITH COMARCO

 ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- CACI International Inc (NASDAQ: CACI) announced today that it will not merge with COMARCO, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRO). Over the weekend officials of both companies agreed to terminate their merger discussions.
 Chairman/CEO Jack London said, "With the talks behind us, CACI will drive straight ahead on its strategic plan of concentration within the information technology market where we've made significant strides recently.
 "While we are disappointed that we were not able to close the deal, we appreciate the professionalism with which all the COMARCO people approached the discussions. They have a fine organization with an excellent future. We wish them well.
 "I'm looking to a strong growth year ahead with our recent major contract wins," London concluded.
