CAC members to renew their wedding vows on Valentine's Day.

What:     More than 60 South Florida couples, who are members of
          CAC-Florida Medical Centers in Miami-Dade County, will renew
          their marriage vows in a special bilingual Valentine's Day
          ceremony sponsored by CAC-Florida. The CAC member couples,
          who have been married from 43 to as long as 65 years, signed
          up at CAC's 10 Miami-Dade medical centers to renew the holy
          bonds of matrimony on Valentine's Day. A retired auxiliary
          bishop of Miami will lead the blessed event. The Feb. 14
          ceremony will feature live entertainment, flowers and a
          giant wedding cake.

When:     5 p.m. Valentine's Day, Wed., Feb. 14, 2007

Where:    St. Michael's Catholic Church, 2987 W Flagler St., Miami

Who:      Monsignor Agustin Roman, retired auxiliary bishop of the
          Archdiocese of Miami, will preside over the Valentine's Day
          ceremony. His excellency was the first Cuban in 200 years to
          be appointed bishop in the United States in 1979. Bishop
          Roman will conduct a brief mass and bless the assembled
          couples as they renew their marriage vows. The ceremony will
          be conducted in English and Spanish.

          serve Medicaid HMO members. The CAC centers also provide
          clinical care for traditional fee-for-service Medicare
          patients.
