CABBIES' WARNING.CABBIES have staged a string of protests about dodgy dodgy - Synonym with flaky. Preferred outside the US drivers working illegally. That led to a high-profile go-slow protest through Newcastle city centre, in a bid to get police and council officers to stage more enforcement probes. Now such operations have taken place, the UITA has welcomed the move and called on punters to be on their guard for unlicensed cars.
