CAA Inc., one of the leading developers and suppliers of state-of-the-art software for driver information systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Debbie Zuchlewski to the position of Director of Operations and Administration, and Interim Managing Director.

Ms. Zuchlewski's new focus within the U.S. subsidiary of Germany-based CAA AG is to direct the overall operation and administration of the U.S. office, which includes the departments of Operations, Administration, Finance, and Human Resources. She will also act as liaison to the Board of Directors of CAA AG.

Ms. Zuchlewski's professional background includes 15 years' management experience in the fields of Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. Ms. Zuchlewski, a Michigan native, has worked for various technology companies in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA).

Her most recent position was with Flextronics International, a $6 billion contract manufacturer, where she managed the Human Resources Department; and was also involved in mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. Prior to joining Flextronics, Ms. Zuchlewski worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various other high-tech companies.
