CAA INTRODUCES LANDLORD-TENANT HANDBOOK.

The Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) has published a comprehensive compilation of federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to the apartment owner/manager and resident relationship.

'The handbook responds to the needs expressed by many management people in the Chicagoland multihousing industry by bringing together prevailing legal mandates in one convenient volume,' said CAA President Diana Julian-Pittro. 'Every management office should have one, if only for the time it will save in helping make appropriate decisions.'

The CAA handbook is in an easy-to-update 8-1/2 by 11 inch format and is 200 pages. Each CAA member organization has received a copy as a membership benefit. Additional copies are available to CAA members for $25 each and copies are available to non-members for $100 each.

The Chicagoland Apartment Association, an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, represents approximately 300 members and 87,000 multifamily units in the greater Chicago area. It serves its members, communities, and residents through professional service, education, legislative, representation, and communication.
