ISLANDIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 23, 1996--Amid widespread support from prominent industry vendors, Computer Associates today announced availability of the software developers' kit (SDK) for CA-Unicenter/TNG, the newest version of CA's enormously succcessful Unicenter technology.

The SDK lets developers create a new class of solutions to manage the entire enterprise computing environment, including the Internet and Intranets, utilizing a unique 3D real world interface. It provides enormous opportunities for third-parties to expand their market penetration, and for clients to extend their applications around CA-Unicenter, the leading distributed enterprise management solution. CA-Unicenter/TNG (The Next Generation) is the first solution for end-to-end management of information technology resources from a business process perspective. It establishes a revolutionary link between an organization's IT resources and its business policies.
