As part of the transaction, Marc Sokol, CA senior vice president of advanced technology, has taken a seat on Sequel Technology's board of directors.

Sequel Technology's flagship product, Sequel Net Access Manager, allows managers to effectively monitor Internet and intranet usage throughout an organization by user, group or company.
