'EverTrac' Will Design GPS-Based Devices For eBusiness And Consumer Markets

Computer Associates International Inc. (CA) and Taiwan-based semiconductor manufacturer United Microelectronics Corp. have just formed EverTrac Inc., a US-based joint venture to develop a next-generation platform for Global Positioning System Global Positioning System: see navigation satellite.
